The foyer creates a space of grandeur with cherry wood solid stair-case and wrought iron infill, and a restored 1900 fire hydrant at the end of the stairs. Black slate tile and American white oak timber floor, as you walk into the living room, dining and kitchen areas, provides a rustic appearance.
The Master Bedroom, with walk-in-robe and Ensuite, on the ground floor is away from the living room and the second and third bedrooms to the east. The raking timber ceiling to the Alfresco provides natural light with the aim of an airy feel as you look out to the pool area.
The first floor has a second living area with again a high raking ceiling that leads into the study/fourth bedroom with its own Ensuite and plenty of storage space.
