Getting Started
Building a new home can be a daunting task but you can be assured that our team of professional staff are there to guide and assist you through this journey.
To begin you will need to have an idea of what you would like to build. This will be done at an Introductory Meeting with our Sales Consultant.
Before your introductory meeting you will need to consider the following:
- the type of house you would like to build [e.g. single or double storey);
- the features you would like to have (e.g. four bedroom, home theatre, open plan living area);
- the style of home (e.g. modern or traditional); and
- your construction and finishing budget.
Who will we meet?
The Sales Consultant will contact you to organise a suitable time to meet. This meeting is generally held at the Platinum Homes office in Burswood. Samples and brochures are then at hand to go through. You will generally need to allow one hour for this meeting.
What will happen after the meeting?
If you decide to proceed with Platinum Homes, you will then need a Design Brief Meeting where we will have a detailed discussion regarding requirements and dreams.
The next step is to sign a Design Agreement, where we will obtain a feature site survey and begin designing your new home based on the detailed design brief. After the completion of the design we will prepare a quote according to your specification requirements.
