Congratulations!

Your new home is now ready to move into and your dream is now a reality.

The Contracts Administrator will arrange a handover meeting once Practical Completion Inspection (PCI) has been completed at your home. Generally, the meeting takes place 10 days from PCI.

At the handover meeting you will receive the following information:

• Complete set of plans and Addenda
• Warranties and certificates
• Keys and remotes
• Maintenance form

We recommend you keep the maintenance form handy so you can write items on the list during the 6 month maintenance period.

New Keys

A ‘construction key’ is used during the construction period of your home so trades people can gain access to your home. Such a process ensures continuity of the construction of your home.

Once your new home keys are inserted into the door lock, a barrel is triggered within the lock that will prevent further access to your home via the ‘construction key’.
