Moving Forward
Platinum Homes needs to create contract and construction documents to submit to local authorities. This is where you will be asked to authorise a Preparation of Plans Agreement (PPA).
What does a PPA mean?
A PPA means that you agree to commence preparatory work for submission of plans to your local
authority for planning approval and preparation of contract documents, including engineering.
What happens next?
Upon signing the PPA you will be contacted by our Contracts Administrator for a Structural Meeting. In this meeting you will discuss structural details and window sizes so they can be finalised prior to submitting for Energy Efficiency, Engineering and Planning Approval.
Once the structural meeting has been completed we will prepare full working drawings, Engineers plans, Energy Efficiency Certificate, Home Warranty Insurance, and submit the drawings for planning approval and produce a full contract package.
All monies paid to this point are credited on the final payment of your contract.
Who will liaise with you?
Our Sales Consultant will continue to liaise with you. If you have any questions or queries they will be able to answer those for you
